When Should I Book an Electrician?

We strongly recommend that you don’t book an electrician until you receive your orders as unexpected delivery delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

Promotional Discounts

During promotional periods we may offer free freight / discounted freight to certain locations when the total order value is above a certain amount. This will be advertised on our website and calculated automatically at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed prior to entering your payment details.

  • We offer discounted $12.95 flat-rate delivery to most metro / major regional areas along the east coast of Australia.
  • Higher charges apply for outer regional areas, Western Australia & Tasmania.
  • Some products, due to their size and/or weight, may have additional surcharges. Any surcharges will be displayed prior to checkout
  • An estimated delivery cost is displayed for remote locations, and we will confirm the final delivery cost prior to dispatch.

Additional Delivery Fees

Over the past 18 months courier prices have increased significantly. On rare occasions the delivery price quoted by our website is significantly less than the actual amount charged by our courier partners. We reserve the right to cancel an order, or request additional payment for delivery where there is a major discrepancy between the delivery amount you paid, and our cost. This happens very rarely, and we do our best to communicate with you to find a resolution that works for us both. The actual delivery cost will always be discounted. If you don't want to pay the additional delivery charge we can of course offer a full refund. 

We will also request additional payment for delivery if our courier partner makes multiple attempts to deliver the order to you. This can be due to a number of reasons including but not limited to accessibility and security.

Delivery / Dispatch Time

How Long Does It Take to Dispatch Orders?

Orders will be packaged and dispatched soon as possible, depending on the product availability. If a product cannot be dispatched immediately we will notify you by phone or email. If a product is in stock in our warehouse we will dispatch your order within 1 business day. If the item is not in stock in our warehouse, but is available from our supplier we will dispatch the order directly from the supplier to save time.

Out of Stock / Back ordered Items

Occasionally an item you ordered maybe out of stock. If this happens we will inform you of any delay, and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you do not want to wait. Back ordered items will be dispatched, as a priority, as soon as stock becomes available.

How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?

Below is a guide for deliveries if items are in stock and ready for dispatch: Please note: Regional / remote areas of Australia will take longer for delivery, please allow for up to an additional 2-4 business days on top of the above allocated times. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Mondays.

What Delivery Methods Do You Use?

Your order/s will be shipped via one of the following couriers: Sendle, Allied Express, Aramex, Direct Couriers, Couriers Please, TNT, Fastway, Northline, and Toll. Some smaller items maybe fulfilled by Australia Post.

Couriers will be given Authority To Leave (ATL) unless you specifically instructed otherwise. 

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation from our shipping broker with the tracking number and a website link to where you can track it.
