What is and LED driver?

An LED driver is an essential electrical device which is designed to regulate power of one or more LED lights. Sometimes they are contained with a globe, and other times a separate driver is required. The driver helps to protect the LED by providing a consistently low voltage. 

What is an LED transformer?

An LED transformer is used when a higher total wattage is required and are usually used to power bigger lighting systems or where larger cable runs are required.
