Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). For most metro areas delivery is just $12.95 with a small additional charge for bulky items and regional / rural areas. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges if the return is initaited within 14 days. Sometimes a restocking fee is charged where the item has to be returned to our supplier.
