The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). For most metro areas delivery is just $12.95 with a small additional charge for bulky items and regional / rural areas. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges if the return is initaited within 14 days. Sometimes a restocking fee is charged where the item has to be returned to our supplier.
